An eco-building with A GRASS roof which houses an exhibition of the Shropshire hills through time by way of a film taken from 9 cameras on a hot-air balloon which is narrated by the late Pete Postlethwaite. An exact replica skeleton of a Mammoth which was found at Condover near Shrewsbury which is breathtaking.
The building has an award winning cafe and 30 acres of natural meadows outside for serious walkers and dog walkers alike. There is geo-caching, which is a 21st Century treasure hunt using hand held GPS systems and a shop which sells everything from maps to quirky gifts, shropshire made goods, crafts and books.
