All of the negative above. Go to aldi or asda. Strong thick vines for £4.00 or less. I paid £15.00 pounds for this mistake. No stars would be offered if given the option

long time to arrive
This company are not bad. But maybe they need to change there courier as from dispatch my order took 9 days to get to me luckily my honeysuckle survived the journey just!!!! I emailed them and I will say the first message they got back within 24 hours and the second message they got back to me the same day so I can't complain about there customer service. I had read so many bad reviews on them but have to say in my opinion alot of it seems unjustified or they just had a run of bad luck. Or maybe I was just one of the lucky ones I don't know, but I can't grumble as pretty good really

Thieves
This company stole many of my photos to illustrate their web site. I wouldn't trust any company that would take what doesn't belong to them and use it to make a profit.

Appalling customer service!
This company has the worst customer service we have ever encountered. They took our money and delivered the goods - that much is true. We wanted to speak to you them a minor matter but we found that they appear to fully insulate themselves against any further customer contact beyond the above two points. Goodness only knows what would have happened if our order had been damaged, been incorrect or lost. They have no customer service telephone number. The number they do (reluctantly) give is a fax number that never answers. They have a customer service e-mail address that customers receive no response from. We will never deal with this company again. We will make sure that anyone we come into contact with us never deals with you either. This company has a serious customer relations issue that they need to address - URGENTLY!

Ripped off
This company does not deserve even a one-star rating. The plants provided were small and did not survive the winter, despite protection. They do not respond to emails and I have noted on other review sites that they even send out the wrong plants and still do not respond to complaints.
