Very happy cat and owner
I would 100% recommend Catisfaction as a place to put your cat while you are away. We picked our cat up on Saturday after returning from a weeks holiday in the sun and I swear I could see the disappointment in our pets eyes when the realisation slowly set in that he was returning home after his short stay there. The cages are big and spacious, pretty much on par to the hotel room I stayed in while on holiday but without the en suite and the Catisfaction staff are very friendly and helpful, quite the opposite to our holiday hotel staff. I have decided next year the cat can go aboard with my partner and I will have a week at Catisfaction.

Paul Hadley
Hi, I am the owner of Heathfield Cattery also known as Catisfaction. Below you will find a review by someone calling themselves Paul Hadley which has been brought to my attention on 4th February 2013. We have no record of such a person, he has never used the cattery and has never been paid compensation for the loss of his cats by me or our insurance company. The post is extremely liable and as we all know will leave a traceable footprint. At this point in time I am in negotiation with Touch Oxford for the release of the reviewers identification as they have registered to enable them to place the review and therefore broken the terms and conditions of the site. For what purpose this person had to put such a libelous review is beyond comprehension. We remain a well respected FAB listed cattery dedicated to the care and safety of our guests.

Hi Paul Hadley when did this happen? This is the best cattery in the area. i am shocked to here your story? The security there is so good 2 cats to escape sounds impossible to me. I hope catisfaction, heathfield cattery post a reply.

Get Real
I am writing in response to Ruth's review. Is she mad? This is a great place and they look after cats like noone else. i take my cat back there even though I have moved further away. Remember also this is a business: if you wanted to mess them around Ruth them at least have the guts to pick up the phone not hide behind an e-mail when you change your plans at 3 days notice.For heavens sake people book ages in advance for this place and wasters like you mean repsonible cat owners are disappointed, get real. Catisfaction is a great place. Glad you won't be there!!!

Catisfaction - wonderful place
I have been using catisfaction for years now, despite having moved quite a distance away. It is second to none in its caring attitude towards the cats, and offers excellent accommodation for them. My two cats come home relaxed after being there. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. I highly recommend this cattery.

Catisfaction
The best cattery I have ever come across! My cats love it and are treated fantastically. The cattery is spotlessly clean, the staff wonderful and will do anything to help. I wouldn't leave my precious babies anywhere else!

Catisfaction - excellent service
We viewed most of the catteries in our area to find the best one for our cat as she means so much to our family. Catisfaction stands out as well above the others: the accommodation for the cats is first class (clean, tidy, spacious, quiet) the staff are helpful and caring and the other cats there were clearly happy during their stay. Catisfaction meets our needs and we will continue to prefer it.

Catisfaction -value for money
My cat loves this place, I think she is always reluctant to come home. The staff are so accomodating as I travel a great deal for my job often at short notice. They always find room for her. I couldn't do my job if it wasn't for this wonderful place!

Catisfaction
Catisfaction is like home from home for my cat. The staff are amazing and so accomodating. I travel a great deal for my job and at very short notice - they are always happy to find room for her. I think sometimes my cat would actually prefer me not to pick her up!
