We, Han and Glyn, have been around dogs most of our lives, and today share our countryside home with Jack, a 9-year-old Jack Russell, Chester, a 5-year-old working Cocker and the latest addition to our ‘pack' Freddie, a 3-month-old German Shepherd.



Following redundancy for both of us after many years in the corporate world and many discussions about what to do next, I remembered something my martial arts instructor said to me the day he opened his 10th school:



“I have the best job in the world, I spend every day doing what I love, I don't even think of it as work".



As animal lovers, keen walkers and outdoor enthusiasts generally, it made sense to combine our passions, and so after an Apprentice like brainstorm for a name, with much hilarity and considerably less animosity, ‘The Dog's Bollocks', (or DB's if you prefer), was born.



We don't take ourselves too seriously, but you can be confident that when it comes to taking care of your four-legged family member, we will treat them as if they were part of our own family and make sure they have loads of healthy fun and stimulation.



Whether it's a run down by the river, a puppy playtime session or a home/garden visit for your older dog, we will work with you to tailor our service to meet your dog's individual requirements. If they're happy, you're happy, and if you're happy, we're happy.



We are DBS checked, fully insured and doggy first aid and CPR qualified.

Dog Walkers

At The Dog's Bollocks we understand how important your dog is to you and your family, after all you actually chose to add your particular dog to your pack and know better than anyone their unique personalities and what they love to spend their time doing.

When you entrust your beloved family member with us, we will work with you and them to ensure they get the exercise, stimulation and love they deserve, whether that be a play time session for your puppy, a home visit for the not so young/able, or a nice long walk/run for the more energetic type.

We will pick up and return your dog at a time convenient to you, walk them on their own if that's their preference or in max groups of 4 so they can have fun with their new friends, and we can supervise them properly and give them the freedom to exercise and explore.

We will never walk your dog off lead without your permission. If lead walking is required we use long training leads so they can still interact and do all the fun doggy stuff.

So you can be happy your dog is having the best time we will provide frequent updates of your dog's adventures with pictures and social media posts.

Muddy paws will be cleaned and dried, fur towel dried and muddy boots removed when we return you your happy dog home.
