Fantastic, loving kennels
I was nervous about leaving our 2 labradoodles as we have only ever left them with family members before but Ardley Boarding Kennels were fantastic. I called to check how they were getting on after being there for a couple of days and was completely reassured. When I collected them, I could see through the window how happy and excited they were to see the kennel staff and it was obvious how much they care for the dogs whilst they are there. We will definitely use again in the future :)

Unhelpful
Do not appear helpful when help needed. Lack understanding and compassion in difficult circumstances. Am using much nicer kennels now! Seem to change their mind on what they do from one minute to the next. Unreliable

Not recommended :(
These were good kennels going back a few years but my most recent experience was shocking. Customer service is extremely poor and they won' listen to complaints :( The quality of service I expect for my pet is the same I'd expect for myself so very disappointed that our family holiday was ruined by bad caretakers of our dog. Wish I'd done some more research on reviews first but all I can do now is warn people to research this kennel before using. A real shame.
