My advice to anyone considering using a factoring company is to steer well clear of BIBBY FINANCIAL SERVICES. They have systematically ruined this company, by charging over the top fees, making fees up , they will charge you for talking to them if they could get away with it, not dealing with our account in a sufficient manner, overpaying, chasing our customers constantly, demanding payments from our customers in a rude and nasty manner, sending our customers blunt and rude demand letters, which our customers all commented on. Be warned that when you input an invoice to the system for payment they chase your customers straight away on the phone and its embarrassing to hear back from your customers the way they have been dealt with. do not be surprise if you lose customers by using them, no sensitivity at all ,like a bull in a china shop, best thing is they dont even inform you first what they are doing and going about it all, the first to tell you will be your customer and by then the damage is done. Bibby will only contact you if they want something full stop,or they cannt get hold of one of your customers to demand payment, so you end up doing their job which you pay for. PLEASE READ THE SMALL PRINT AND THE MASSIVE CONTRACTS THEY GIVE YOU. WELL JUST DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!! DO NOT sign up with this bunch as you will regret it for the rest of your life. Their customer service is totally below par or in fact damn right rude, unhelpful, they may ring you back if they want but usual excuse is we were out of the office or was on the phone or didn't get the message etc etc etc RUBBISH !!and if they are wrong they will automatically say it was your fault, THEY WILL TWIST IT ROUND SO IN THE END YOU START APOLOGISING FOR THEIR MISTAKE. be warned SORRY is not in their language Be warned if you request information from them firstly write it in simple english ,no flash words ,make to the point as for some reason they cannot understand anything you ask them be prepared to WRITE IT OUT BETWEEN 5 -9 TIMES till they get it also wait ages or till they can be bothered to reply it can be weeks at a time!!!! but watch out if you dont reply to them the same day they get all stroopy,demanding and rude and stop your account etc again your fault you have not answered the big brother camp in the allotted hours, so start to say sorry cause they will twist it so you do!! They have no flexibility and watch out if they accidentially or by clerical error which is a great excuses they use, pay money into your account, or in many case dont pay money into your account,they want it back asap and will charge you an overpayment fee!! or a fee for giving your money to you,which you earnt if by some unknown reason you do uses this lot, dont ever ask for money because even though you have worked your butt off to get, they will charge you to release your money from £250.00 to £35.00 plus dont forget your monthly fee as well and all the other fees they through at you, LOAN SHARKS spring to mind. NAMES & ADDRESS TO BE AWARE OF: Libby Salt | Client Manager Chris Hardy Emma Sidel Elaine Caine Jana Faires and head of risk Mr Watson ( this is the man who is head of risk for this company, who sends out letters to your old address that you have not occupied for over 7 months RISKY RISKY RISKY) just shows you if he is head of risk what is the rest of the company like- leave that thought with the reader.
