appalling work by East Mids Motorhomes

27 Feb 2015 17:47 Ashley Yapp/East Mids Motorhomes converted a Bongo for me, their web site offered 'an experience to remember' it was, but for all the wrong reasons. Late delivery, 20 problems upon delivery, another 20 problems emerged later. Appalling workmanship, I have spent the last 9 months rectifying faults and poor workmanship, they promised to have poorly fitted roof rectified by a professional bodyshop, it didn't happen and still have major problems with it. They broke a cupboard whilst fitting it and it took me 5months to get a door for it. Have full diary/photos of events, looking at court options but a guy who won a court case against them posts that they now operate as wercampers or we are campers. My report is available to interested parties. not really worth the one star I have given them. S.K.Harvey
