My rabbits were booked in for a spey and vaccination package at the vet. When I collected my rabbits I asked the nurse specifically if they had been given their vaccinations and was told yes, and I paid for everything. It transpired that they had not been given their vaccinations and they had been running around outside at risk because of negligence by this vetinary surgery. Not once on a return trip to check their scars did they ask about booking them in for the vaccinations, the receptionist never booked this when I was paying for it, they never phoned me to say that I had paid for something yet my rabbits were not protected. I would never send my pet to this surgery again, I would not trust them to do what they say they have done. If I had not phoned up and requested the vaccination card then I would be none the wiser and my rabbits would be at further risk as I now live in the country where myxi is more common.
