PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ OTHER RECENT REVIEWS ON GOOGLE BEFORE BOOKING. I am another customer that this van hire company has wrongly kept a damage deposit for. Myself and my partner hired a van from this company as we needed it to attend a wedding fayre on a Sunday. we collected the van on the Saturday afternoon and returned the van on the Sunday afternoon as agreed. When my partner went back to collect the damage deposit on the following Tuesday she was told she could not have it as we had the van for 2 days! We have complained in writing and had no response so will be contacting trading standards. Just wish we had read other reviews before booking with this Company. ASK YOURSELF: WHY CANT THIS COMPANY SIMPLY RETURN DAMAGE DEPOSITS TO THE CARD YOU PAY OFF? WHY CAN THEY ONLY RETURN DEPOSIT BY CASH? The whole setup seems very wrong!
