superb support
Bought my ebike from Ian Gerrard and I have to say support is superb. Professional and courteous at all times. This is my first ebike and I had a number of questions beforehand, probably more after I got the bike- I always received straight forward and honest opinions- no pressure pointing to any particular make which was so obvious - and annoying - in other shops I'd visited. Some of the other shops would clearly say anything to get a sale with some things obviously just made up. No regrets choosing Ian Gerrard to buy my bike- helpful always.
