Hi we were looking for a tiler and plumber and D.M. Garage Doors turned up as this was another part of their business, but they did not have any relevant business cards in their van so gave us the garage doors one. (which was a bit bizarre) We liked the price they quoted so we booked the work in and received a text confirming it was booked in their diary, for our bathroom to be tiled and for our shower and a new radiator to be installed and I took time off work to let them in. Also as it was the Easter holidays I had to arrange a babysitter for my daughter at the time and I waited and waited and after all of the waiting they did not show up to start work, I tried their phone numbers on the card and the first line was dead, I contacted the email on the card and no response and I left a text and a message on the other number and still no response. What is going on with this company? we have degrees in Service Management, work for the Courts and this level of service is appauling.
