Poor communication
Delivered on time.... collected on time. Trouble is it was slightly overloaded, so instead of them telling me, leaving a note or even better, leaving the skip, they emptied half of it all over my drive, then dragged the skip over it. So now I'm left with half a skip on my drive and a damaged drive. Didn't seem to care when I called to complain either.
