Flood, Carpet, boiler

i have no heating or Hot water my boiler is constantly packing up this time of year i have severe medical conditions and disabled. I have rang Linda and spring property management 16 times or more today asking for help there is snow on the ground its 2 degress atm will drop later. I also had a flood as the mascerator flush broke and flooded all 3 floors while i was asleep in my bed that was 3 months ago my house is upside had to throw out all my belongings, im without a washing machine now, and cant afford to replace everything. Only now has the carpet men come out to fit carpets to which they only have the stairs so far as they didnt wanna move stuff around, only things on the floor is solid units i have carpel tunnel of the arms and disabled, so i had to move them myself and now in alot of pain and without heating and hotwater. There is no emergency number for me to call and spent the day trying to email and get hold of someone no answer. My rent is extremely high at 800 per month and im living in a building site. i have videos and pictures of all this to prove. All this has made my illnesses alot worse and massive strain on my mental health.I think its disgusting the way ive been treated if only i could afford to move i would i wouldnt dream of living in another 1 of there homes after 9 years of living in a property with no problems i keep my house clean updated and is a good tenant, always pay my rent, apart from 1 time was the banks fault dealt with straight away. Covid times aswell its not like anyone is gonna invite me in there warm home for a bath or to keep warm is it. Not happy
