We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals. At Fitness & Health Coach, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique plan with your personal trainer and allowing you to focus on one thing – your results. We'll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness levels, potential injuries, limitations, restrictions and nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of fitness and health development, which includes your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support services. Personal training with Fitness & Health Coach integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly and, while we recommend you commit to at least two one-on-one sessions a week, we're realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule. Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. We guarantee our commitment, alongside your own, we will deliver results by working together!
One-On-One Personal Training Individually focused sessions will focus on your personal goals, offering you motivation and guidance on every step to success. Partner Personal Training If you don't want to train alone, or maybe have a friend, relative or co-worker with similar goals, partner sessions can be fun, energising, and instil healthy competition between you. Online Customised Coaching I will design a customised 4 week workout plan and a 7 day nutritional meal plan for you to follow. We will keep in touch on a weekly basis where you update me with your progress photos and measurements as well as ask me any questions or make adjustments to your program. Track your workouts, nutrition and progress through an app and you may contact me directly to the app too. Nutrition Analysis I believe that in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and exercise need to complement each other. Taking a closer look at your nutrition will outline what types of foods you eat and from there we can determine what changes need to be made. Modifying your diet is key to see good results and transform your body. Advice and diet plans are given to ensure your daily life is a healthy one!
