My wife and I have stayed here 4 times and I think this establishment is excellent. We have stayed in many hotels and the food was not half as good as the food served here. Regarding no one being available someone is on reception every morning and evening.

Poor standards throughout
stayed for 5 nights in August 2014 with my wife and although the waiting staff treated us with respect the manager was never on hand to be able to speak with about problems or the poor state of the food on the evenings which looked like it had been cooking for days at a time and over boiled.Trips out were very nice and arranged well but this is one place I would not return to again.
