poor service

I hired An outfit from here s few weeks ago. Upon arriving at the shop I made my way upstairs to locate an outfit. When u came down I was greeted with a rude lady who wasn't a great deal of help. I left with my outfit and agreed to return it the following Tuesday. On the Saturday I received a text message to say they would be closed for 1 week and could I return it the following Saturday which was fine. We arrived at 10.49 am.on the Saturday to return the outfit and found the shop was closed. I know the exact time as my boyfriend called whilst outside. I then messaged to say when would they be open as I have tried to return the outfit. We agreed today which is Tuesday. The lady was rude and refused to give me my full deposit back and said she would only five me half as I didn't return the outfit in time. I must be stupid as they were the ones that closed for a week so how am I meant to return it! Plus I have the proof on text message. I left rather cross. I also know from speaking with others they are know to do this on a regular basis. Reccomandation is to never use this shop unless you want ripping off!
