I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH A DODGY OPERATION. Engineer they sent to do my sons freesat was a joke cut my Sky wire to use knicked my expensive cable. Strung the cable across my loft like a linen line. To top all that he moved loads of stuff and left it sitting on the roof beams? They where far from helpful when I complained and even questioned the quality of his work whilst I sat in the loft looking at the mess. If this is what Yorkshire companies are like please stay away from Suffolk USELESS
