About Claire Blowers, owner of The Sanctuary

Claire Blowers trained as a reflexologist in 2004 with the International Institute of Reflexology. She has since undertaken further training in Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Holistic Facials. She has also continued her reflexology training to include Advanced Reflexology Technique (ART) and Maternity Reflexology.

Most recently, Claire has undertaken additional training in Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift with Ziggie Bergman, who has had amazing results with her treatments and has featured in the mainstream press. Find out more about Zone Face Lift and read the articles at www.zonefacelift.com.

As a member of The Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Claire is committed to strict codes of practice, and continued professional development.

"I love working in holistic therapies, and seeing the amazing changes it can bring about in people. It gives me the chance to meet a wide range of people, and no two clients or treatments are the same. I particularly enjoy working with clients during pregnancy, and helping to aid some of the common complaints during that time.
