terrible customer service at malmo road royal mail. left many of times very unhappy with the service. Need new + more staff for sure. For a huge company you would expect so much more and for a company that always deals with public its very disappointing.! Rude too.

Rang for 10mins twice and still no answer. Only wanted to know if they had my package. This is ridiculous! They either need new staff that aren't so ignorant to a phone ringing over and over again or they need a a new number that is easier to go through all the options. It would have taken less than 60 seconds!!!

never known nothing like it, I rang twice and they put the phone down on me, wasted my last minutes on it and we needed them as I am my fathers primary carer.Thanks Royal Mail you must be so pround.

Like previously stated, when trying to call this sorting office it just rings and rings until eventually they hang up on you. Also, there are far too many parcels going missing from here for it to just be "human error".

Poor customer service. What is the point in having a telephone number that no one answers. Malmo Road, Hull. Royal mail do not look after their staff and that's the truth behind so much shoddy, could not careless attitude service.

Presented on 24/12 and 27/12 at my house in Patrington. I WAS AWAY...THERE WAS A PAYMENT OF £15.65 CUSTOMS.....AFTER 6/7 VISITS TO MY LOCAL P.O. in PATRINGTON HAVE GIVEN UP...THE Post Office web site is useless and takes you round in circles...found one that did work but the reference was not for US...another said contact Hull Office but no telephone number or address. I despair.

A postman left my parcel in my blue wheely bin!! It got emptied before I found the card! It was for Christmas....I will have a terrible job being refunded!! I am disgusted that they would do this!!

Tracked an Item online, and it said a card was left when they tried to deliver. Liars, No card in my letter box. then had to ring up, what a pallaver that is, trying to work out which number to press, getting it wrong and ringing again, finally spoke to someone in complaints dept, who was very helpful. you DONT make it easy for us to get directed to right dept. Am very dissapointed with Royal mail, if postman cant be bothered to leave a card or go to right address he shouldnt be doing the job!!!

I received my fourth different delivery of items, ranging from #?c flowers two lots, amazon items 2 lots, one including an expensive whiskey before hristmas foR my husband as a present and most recently yankee candles delivered on 31st january, all deliverd to neighbours and not one card put in my door to tell me. We have a deaf postman I do know, but do not wish to point the fingure. Thes 6 different items where delivered to trusted neighbours, the rst would notell me they had the goods. If I did not receive these I would have to flag it up to the order companies who would trace it back to royl mail and iturn to not putting a card in so they would b liable. This would cost them. A great deal of money never mind the inconvenience to me
