Kept shipping money
Order wasn't delivered to me, it was sent back and I was refunded for the order but they didn't refund the shipping costs, I had a contract with this supplier and they didn't fulfill their part of the bargain, now they are making me jump through hoops to get my shipping costs back, all for 24 quid, how sad.
