Hair colour

I went to Urban Quarter hair salon as they use Eveda products. The staff appeared very nice, however there were problems with attention to detail. Firstly, there was no protection on the skin and I had a dark ring around the hair line and over the ears!!! I tried using all sorts to get it off - it was embarrassing. I returned to the salon to discuss my disappointment and the importance of reducing such staining - this appeared to be totally ignored - so beware! There were two other issues. The colour/s applied would require very frequent and costly reqular visits. One way of increasing custom. I was informed that the colour and highlights would even out the colour throughout my hair. However, I am having a colour correction in 3 days - to even out the colour that they applied. My hair looked shiney and it was a good blow dry.- but the colour was not a good experience and I would advise others to ensure they don't have colour on their skin for days!!!
