Disgusting attitudes and disgusting service allround!
These people are constantly trying to charge you for a larger parcel size than they should be, as an online business we buy packaging that meets Royal Mail large letter criteria yet we are constantly having to remind these people of that, they don't even check the size, they just till it up and expect you to pay up. Makes me feel like I am dealing with dishonest people. I therefore started to do my postage myself on the RM online website whereby you merely drop off your parcels to eliminate this kind of hassle, only to have the owner, George say that they don't want to accept your parcels as they have not made any money from the transaction so why should they accept the parcels. You just have to be kidding. Ever wondered what it would be like to go onto the set of the "league of gentlemen" comedy show, go to Guist post office!!
