The owner, Nigel Howes, is unbelievably rude. I brought my bike in, asking whether he could fit some brake pads and a break cable that I had bought, because I didn't have the right tool to do it, and he REFUSED! He said it was "a piss take" (his words). I would obviously have paid him, but he didn't want my business! I recommend anyone reading this stays away from this nasty piece of work.
