Basement reno
We have recently had a basement renovation completed by this company. Our initial meeting with the manager convinced us that we had made the correct decision in contacting them. He was always quick to reply to our emails and made himself available to us even on a Saturday afternoon when additional drawings were needed for the permit. The team were very professional and patient with our many questions and phone calls.

Bathroom faucet replacement
Tech returned our request for a quote quickly , accommodated my schedule and arrived exactly when promised . He was direct ,provided a quote and when authorized conducted the work cleanly and well. In addition did a pipe extension to correct a misalignment without additional cost , because he believed that the work he did would function better with the extension .

Painted outside our house and one interior room with ceiling
The team from this company showed an incredible attention to detail and had my satisfaction in mind 100% of time. The interior ceiling was very old and needed to be sanded to get rid of cracks. The project lead the manager, without hesitation had his team come back and redo the ceiling as some of the cracks reappeared.

Painting
Based on my previous experience few years ago which I had to hire someone that had to match with my budget At first budget was more important to me than the actual project but after when the project was done I realized the value of job that was done was worth a lot more than what it cost. Service was done on time, Clean and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Replace fuse panel and move all circuits to an existing breaker sub-panel
They worked quickly and didn't cut any corners. Made sure the job was done right, neatly, and cleaned up all debris. Beyond their control, they waited an extra 2 hours for the Inspector to approve the work. No issues from the Inspector, but I was very happy that they stayed just in case there were some small points.

main stack repairs
Our contractor uncovered a section of our main stack that was leaking and terribly rusted that continued into the ground and needed to be replaced. I emailed Owen at midnight and he responded the next day and was at our house that afternoon to inspect. He came the following day (Saturday) at 9 am and had the job finished by 2 pm. The man is awesome!!!!

Polite and respectful
We had the company to move our furniture twice and they did a great job. They arrived early, were courteous, polite and careful. Everything was packed into the truck with care. Despite a long drive they took care to place our furniture where we wanted it and took precautions with runners to protect our wood floors.
