Very unprofessional
A very unprofessional company. The deposit of £500 for a van hire was supposed to be returned in 2 weeks, despite chasing with 3 phonecalls and 2 emails they would not respond and we only got back the deposit nearly 5 weeks after and even then by turning up to their office and insisting on an immediate refund. I was about to take them to court had they refused to return it. I had even referred a couple of friends and family to use their services, thankfully they hadn't yet. I will never use their services again
