DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
This is THE worst restaurant I have ever been to!!! The staff stand over and watch you eating, the minute you finish ur drink - before you even put your glass down onto the table - they've cleared it away!I went there last night (Friday night!) and we were the only 2 people in the restaurant!! If you're not busy on a Friday night then when are u busy?!The manager (woman) is rude, arrogant and has no customer service skills. They advertise a buffet - however it's more of an a la carte service - they take your order. From my understanding when you opt for a buffet - you can eat as much as you like. This is not the case!! When you order a couple of dishes, they insist that you'll not be able to finish it, and keep asking if you're sure you want to order so much! I mean who does that!???? They watch over you and listen in to your conversation!!The food however is nice, which is why I have now learnt my lesson, and always order a take-away! Albeit it takes them about 20 minutes on the phone to even understand that i would like vegetable noodles and lemon chicken!Not difficult!I really don't understand how they are still running....

Mixed bag...just go for the food!
I'm surprised to hear the comments made by Reviewman. My experience has been very different. I must admit I have only eaten in this restaurant once on a friend's birthday (Aug 07)but we had quite a good time. The food was served very quickly. We both had a variety of dishes from fish, ribs, chicken,etc and all was very tasty. I presume it was the manager who came to our table a couple of times to check that we were enjoying our meal and everything was ok. He was quite assertive in his manner & struck up a short dialoue with us which possibly some diners may consider intrusive, especially if you only came in for a quiet meal. He recommended a lovely chardonnay for us and we sat for a long while chatting after our meal, without feeling pressurised to leave.I found the venue too claustrophobic for my persoanl taste so creates no ambience. Wouldn't recommend for a party beyond 2/3 people, or to impress anyone. Probably ok if it's your local and you're familiar with the management style. I have used their take away service and although they are very quick with their delivery, I think they lose out in customer service because their restricted English gets "lost in translation". Something they will need to improve on. I have rated mainly on the taste of the food,speed of service & reasonable pricing.

Do not eat here!
Our group of young mums felt so threatened by the rude and abusive behaviour of the owner and staff, that we called the Police after they locked us in!We had a disagreement when they wouldn't let us take our un-eaten food home. Do not eat in this restaurant. The owner is not only mentally disturbed, but violent too.Stay away....be warned.
