All 3 Ltd is a small company that's been up and running since 2007, employing engineers with a combined experience of 30 years in the domestic gas and heating industry.

We work in the NW London and surrounding area and can respond quickly to any enquiry.

Our overheads are small and therefore our charges to our clients are highly affordable for the services we provide.

Our Services

All of the Engineers that work for All 3 Ltd are hand-picked and vetted by Raj to ensure that they have the relevant qualifications, skills and experience and also personality to service the requirements of the many loyal customers from the base that he has built up since the early days.

To back up the Engineers, Raj has employed office staff to ensure that the fully computerised system is kept up to date so the reminders for the Gas Safety, Boiler Servicing, Legionella Risk Assessments are sent in a timely manner so that his customers are always compliant with legislation and warranties as well as being kept informed. The office staff also manage the bookings and requests from Clients and keep the Engineers to their schedules.

We are proud that not only are we known for our Quality, Professionalism and Expert skills, but that we also reach 95% of our appointments at the allotted times and in the rare occurrence an Engineer is ever likely to arrive late (normally due to emergency works) the Client is kept well informed of the developments and the reason.
