It's the Little Things..... It must be said, double glazing companies do have a bad reputation for dodgy sales tactics but this isn't the case with Novaglass. In fact quite the opposite ! I asked David to come round as our back door was poorly fitted by the previous owners. I had one company quote me for a new door and frame but David explained that wasn't necessary and they could simply mend the door frame to make the door fit properley . His fitter arrived and did this along with re-aligned our French Doors, not only quickly, to a good standard but was also very tidy as well I would thoroughly recommend Novaglass Not only did they not try to sell to me a solution that wasn't necessary but even when the job then became very small, the attention to detail they showed was excellent.

I am extremely pleased, not only with the quality of the product, but the manner in which the fitter (Paul) carried out his work.He was very methodical, taking due care in every aspect of the job in hand, even cleaning the work area after he had finished.
