Fresh and clean

very good service
I have had Cost Effective Cleaners clean my carpets for a few years now and I am always pleased with the results and the efficient, and quality service they deliver. My books on the shelf had been lined up into razor straight lines instead of looking like a bunch of drunkards trying to stand in a straight line The are communicative, responsive and a great team of cleaning professionals. I want thank you for the wonderful team of ladies that you sent today. All my bling was neatly laid out, as if I were a Hollywood diva getting ready for my Oscar presentation! All carpets and settees were steam cleaned in the house, every furniture was wiped and cleaned with furniture cleaner. I will recommend Cost Effective Cleaners to anyone that needs thorough, reasonable maid service.

Cleaner was very friendly
Cleaner was very friendly and the job was done really well. They cleaned under things that only I would clean under. The results were outstanding with carpets looking as good as new and smelling fresh and fragrant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Absolutely wonderful service
Absolutely wonderful service. I went through quite a few classified ads and searched on-line for a number of companies (or individuals) to clean my home for me. The carpets have come up like new and saved me from replacing them. I'll defiantly call them again!

Excellent staff
Excellent staff, friendly and did an amazing job. It was not a normal cleaning as we had construction dust everywhere, but when the cleaners had finished, the house literally sparkled and even my little boy noticed and commented on it. When they leave my home I can relax and know that my home is sparkling clean and don't need to worry when company drops by unexpected. Great service!

Cost Effective Cleaners cleared the air... I live in a house that was formerly a grocery store in the Heights...I saw Cost Effective Cleaners on line via Google and jumped on it....i called and didn't get a voice mail..i got the owner, Steven...he came out that very day...because of the cathedral ceilings he jumped right on the job with tubes and dusters...all i know is when i returned home the air was fresh...i left for work, left him my house key (complete trust)and returned to my new breathing space...

great cleaning provided
We were moving out of our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on a holiday weekend. Due to a few last minute circumstances, we realized we needed outside assistance to clean the place. It wasn't in the worst shape, but our landlord was a Grade A A$$hole, so we knew it had to be perfect. I desperately called many cleaners. It was a Thursday and we needed someone for Sunday or Monday (holiday). No one was available. Finally I called Cost Effective Cleaners! they really came through. Their tech Jason came by promptly to do a consultation, was super nice and friendly, and was totally on time with his cleaning team on the morning of the move out. OH MY GOSH, after his team finished, the place looked better than I have ever seen it. I didn't want to move! The team made a bunch of crap appliances from the 80s gleam like new. Also, they were sweet, and their leader made a point to take me around the apartment to show me their work at the end to check for my approval. Cost Effective Cleaners saved the day for this move out clean, and I am looking into hiring them for my regular cleaning service.
