Service was so not good:(

I went to the Roosters Piri Piri in Hayes yesterday for the very first time, so myself, husband n our 3 children. Well, the food tastes gr8! I loved the food but... The service was atrocious at best... I don't know if it was us as a family that bothered the worker with our order or that he was having a bad day... When my husband placed our order, the worker seemed irritable and uninterested in serving us. My husband ended up saying 'you look fed up' which was met with a shrug. It took a long time for our order, at which point my husband got up to ask if we could at least get our drinks n olives. So the worker very slowly got that together n brought that to our table. Finally, when he brought our food, he was holding trays directly next to my 1 year olds face who was sitting in a highchair and giving them to us to put on the table. I was not happy as the food was hot and my little baby could have pulled on any of the trays easily. Whatever the problem was, I felt he could have delivered better service, he seemed to disregard the fact that customers are needed in such an establishment. Definitely not a face I would like to serve me again!
