Venus motors - literally from outer space!

What a travesty of a garage! I had a 10am appointment to fix a part, arrive on time and the forecourt was chocoblock (as the guy has taken on more cars than he can handle), so I had no option but to park on the street partly on a yellow line under a camera. I then quickly walk in to the reception and give my name. At first a blank stare is given to me as though they don't know who I am, although they have me in their books. The owner then proceeds to tell me, rather acrimoniously with rude gesticulation that I should get my car off the road without offering me any option as to where I could park, given that I am a customer and he has called me in at that time. I am then forced to drive down the road, turn around and then park in a gated area (not clearly visible from the street) next to his workshop. He then sees me again, and I explain my resentment at his original tone and that he should have had spaces on his forecourt. His response is once again uncouth, as expected. Had I engaged him in work, I wouldn't put it past him to have changed his tone about his original labour time to complete any work and I'm sure he would have overcharged me. My final conclusion is that they are disrespectful, unhelpful, unaccomadating and don't know the meaning of customer service. Don't touch this garage with a 20ft bargepole!
