How I Coach

I work with clients to improve their Health and wellbeing, by using proven methods and mental exercises to become more self aware and mindful of themselves and those around them.
I have supported clients in leadership roles, by creating the safe space for them to reflect and learn. Using a variety of coaching theories and techniques to help them to become more in touch with their Emotional Intelligence.
These changes also enable my clients to successfully make major changes to their careers, and other important aspects of their life.

I work with clients enabling them to become mindful of their daily experiences and how this can help them deal with stressors. This enables me to work closely with people, when coaching supporting them alone their personal journeys

I work with a variety of individuals 1-2-1, in groups and workshops empowering them to move forward in their lives, so that they can achieve, and be their best.

I love what I do, as its enables me to be of service to those I work with, which brings me much enjoyment, watching my clients grow and flourish.
