Unprofessional, liars with an disgusting attitude

This company is ridiculous, they did some glazing work for my brothers house, they took ages to come to us and even longer to complete the work, they left out a window and postbox and left without telling my brother which resulted in rain coming into the main window and it was my dad who realises they themselves had no intention of letting us know. The management team are rude and have no manners. They made the wrong sized windows and then dissapeared without any contact and ignored our calls. They then came and fitted in an incorrect sized arch and stuck a plank to it to make it fit!! After which demanded money, when we held back some of the money for the incorrect arch we had calls from them demanding money in a threatning manner. My brother is disabled and all this was a horrible experience for him. I would suggest you stay away from this company, i myself will be taking this further as suggested by my brother social support team. Its disgusting!
