honest trust worthy garage,help when i needed it.
“i have never reviewed anything in my life but feel the service i recieved from lloyds garage in Willaston deserves some credit . my car broke down on the m53 near junction 5 . after a search on my sat nav , i found the nearest garage to me was lloyds garage . i called them for help and spoke to mark who turned out to be the owner . within 30 minutes i had been towed to there garage and was lucky enough to be given a courtesy car . later that day Mark called me back and explained ( in words i could understand not the usual garage jargen ) that my cambelt had snapped and there could be alot of damage due to it snapping on the motorway ,which may of caused damage to the valves and head. i thought this sounded expensive but asked him to do the work . expecting a big bill i was happily shocked to recieve the car back just over a week later and told that i had been lucky and only bent 2 valves and no further visable damage . considering i was expecting the worse and could of been taken for a ride . the service and honesty a recieved from lloyds garage and owner Mark will definately see me returning . in fact my wifes car is booked in for a service next week. thank you again for your honesty and a low bill :0)â€
