ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I invited my friend to get some treatments with me as a gift. I looked this place up before and thought it would be nice. I called in advance to let them know I'd be 5 minutes late because I had trouble finding a parking spot in town. Over the phone and as soon as I arrived they were disagreeable and rude. They asked me to fill out a form which took about 2 minutes for me to do and I had to wait another 10 min for someone to take it from me and sit me down in a cramped space. They told me the time would be removed from my treatment. To make matters worse, my friend who was getting her nails done who arrived first and on time was told to remover her rings before the treatment and put them aside on the table. As we proceeded to move about 5 feet away to the next room for our next treatment my friend realised she had her jewellery still on the table and asked the person who did her treatment if she could get it. Jewels were suddenly "missing" , funny thing is there was only staff there and the front door can only be buzzed by main reception door. We were then shouted at and treated even more miserably when we asked to phone the police. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They are RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND it's now safe to say they are THIEVES. Needless to say, a police report has been filed and the staff is being investigated individually because it's apparently NOT THE FIRST TIME. WATCH OUT!
