During my last visit to David M Robinson, my dad, mum and I were warmly greeted and very well looked after. We bought a beautiful IWC Schaffhausen watch for my dad's 60th birthday and were impressed by the level of customer care and attention we received. Every request and whim was catered for and we were able to browse and look at every watch that caught his eye. The experience has restored my faith in customer care and I very much doubt that I will receive this level of service again.
