Bad customer service
Waited in all day for them to arrive and chased them up 3 times on the phone. Wasted a whole day and cancelled work, to ensure I was here for the appointment. Sent the poor electrician to apologise in person on their behalf to make another appointment. Looks like the admin is not as it should be. Very unprofessional and not keeping customers fully informed. Seem to be booking in too many jobs for their employees to physically do, then expecting customers to say never mind we will re-book. How many other customers have they done this to? Would put service rating zero but it wouldn't let me.
