Who would have thought that so many people are looking for a fancy dress outfit to go on their Stag / Hen nights or generally days out! For both children and adults, professional costume fancy dress has grown exponentially in popularity over the last 3 years, we have already seen Sukies of Stamford grow and move into bigger premises on Broad Street.Gone are the days of hastily sewn together old clothes plus a cardboard hat solutions. Now the demand is for well made and imaginative costumes ready to wear as soon as they come out of their bags. Over the past few years, UK Printwear (who print / embroidered clothing to order), have continually been asked to produce 'Lifeguard' outfits for beach theme, baywatch theme partys / events and television programs / commercials. Such was the demand and noticeable gap in the UK market, that Mark Stanhope has sourced all the components (mainly being Yellow T shirts + Red Shorts!) and developed a web site and sub company to offer just these items, including Lifeguard accessories: hats, whistles and the obligatory 'baywatch' style torpedo lifesaving floats. Mark says 'I think the reason this works so well, is that large groups can quickly and cost effectively get a 'uniform' to wear, whereas the 'costume' fancy dress range of items is more about individuality.'
