Having booked a single room for three nights 29 April / 1st May 2016, amd had the miss- -fortune to have to cancell, this was confirmed by email, however payment has been taken from my bank, seems difficult to contact for a refund, do they have email good question.

Makes fawlty towers look like the ritz!
Never again.... What a joke of an owner. After having overbooked the hotel, she told us it was because we were not likely to ever stay there again. After some arguing and shouting ( on her part!) she eventually relented to letting us have the room(we were desperate). Tv didn't work, neither did the toilet. There were tea cups but no kettle. The owner insisted we should pay on arrival. I have travelled all over the world and never encountered such full on rudeness. I would urge anyone to stay clear of this place.
