Website Dog Grooming requests not responded to.
Twice I have left messages on the website requesting an appointment for a grooming but there has been no responses at all. Not happy because in previous years the service has been exemplary but sadly now I feel that I have a cause for leaving a less than good review. I have only left a single star for the service rating because of this lack of response.
