In June 2013 we were visited by the representative of NTR / NBS he was excellent at selling a new telephone system and we would be saving around £200/month for the phones broadband and calls. We accepted this offer and then it started to go wrong. Late delivery with no communication- finally fitted in August, then for 3 months no free calls as promised and we had to chase (as of June 2014 still not refunded) The salesman left the company because of lack of backup. Now they can not dial into our system remotely, to make adjustments because their engineer, who has now left, set up passwords which nobody recorded. I have now been waiting for them to come back and totally reprogram the system since April. I have phoned and phoned rarely getting the promised phone back. Oh how I wish I had checked them out before I signed!!!! If any person reads this my No. is 01159780141 I have all the documentary evidence of their incompetence. My only solace is the calls contract is only for 2 years (by law apparently). I wish I could give NO STARS
