We have nearly 2000 quality fancy dress and theatrical costumes for hire. We have all sizes plus a range of childrens costumes. The costumes are all freshly laundered and we supply the accessories for the costumes free of charge. We offer a helpful, friendly service and can give professional advice on all aspects of costume. Our hire charges are very reasonable - complete outfits starting from £15 (includes accessories). We supply to private individuals for parties, weddings, murder mysteries, special events, etc., and also hire to theatres, companies, shops, hotels, restaurants, schools, film companies, trade venues, corporate venues, advertising companies etc. If we don't have the costumes in stock we can try and get it for you/make it for you.

DISBELIEF AT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES
Dirty, dusty, foosty costumes in an unclean house. Wigs are lying on a pile on the floor in a bundle. Very unhygienic. No refund if you cancel, even in exceptional circumstances. Wish I'd gone down the ebay route, at least you know things are clean and new and returnable if your circumstances change. Would definitely NOT recommend.

DISBELIEF AT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES
Disbelief to have to argue with the owner about a refund despite two days notice, due to an emergency hospital admission. The owner then sent me an A4 page letter, annoyed I had requested a refund, even though it was exceptional circumstances. Clearly out of date with good business practice and despite my pleas that repeat business/good customer service and recommendations are extremely important she still insisted a partial refund was fair. Utterly astonished. Wish I'd gone down the ebay route. Costumes are held in a dusty, foosty old house, that hasn't been cleaned in years and wigs were pile up unhygienically on the floor. Would definitely NOT recommend. If your circumstances change then no deposit is refunded even with notice. I was lucky to get any money back. Just not worth the time or effort.

bad experience unfortunately
Turned up for an appointment, booked via telephone. arrived promptly, then to be told by the husband that his wife was ill with Flu, Although we can sympathize with her predictament, It was rather gorling to be told that the husband wasn't prepared to takeover and show us around, we also explained that we had left our number. So why didn't they ring to cancel. The mind boggles why they are still business. All in all a bad experience all round.
