Your experience here will purely depend on who is serving you and who's in the kitchen at the time you visit. Good point first - it has its own car park (although you need to know Boston to find the entrance to it), you're never rushed and it has a takeaway area which is pretty fast. Also, get the right staff serving you and you and your family will have a great time, the staff entertain the kids and it's thoroughly enjoyable.Unfortunately, sometimes you get the miserable people serving you, and you can then expect to wait ages for someone to even take your drinks order up front, no-one to respond when you want a refill, and food to take absolutely forever. They also seem to have quite a high staff turnover, so you can never guarantee which experience you'll have when you turn up - all I can recommend is to when you go, if you get the good staff, leave a good tip to reward them, and punish the rubbish ones with no tip.

This pizza hut can be hit and miss when it comes to good customer service. The last time we went we had a small wait for drinks and our starters. However, the waiter was polite and apologetic, and when the starters arrived they were hot. When the pizzas came, we hadn't yet finished the starters, but the waiter put them back under the hot plate and when we asked for them they will still piping hot.Previously however, we haven't been so lucky. We've had grumpy staff, unapologetic staff when we've been kept waiting and often it seems that they are unstaffed. The food however is often very good. I like the lunchtime deals but they don't always seem to have enough variety of pizzas available. Also, as in the evening, the salad bar never seems that fresh and appealing. Everything is left in the open with anyone touching and coughing over the salad bar.The range of pizzas is really good, catering for everyone's tastes, even offering a half and half pizza for those that have different tastes but can't manage a whole pizza to themselves. The pizza hut at Boston has a large accessible car park. If you were travelling along the main routes you wouldn't see Pizza Hut though it's easily found and rather nicely located near the town. One of the other downsides is that the toilets are located upstairs (apart from the disabled toilet which is downstairs.) However, these have always been clean. The restaurant itself I feel could be kept more clean and tidy and I personally am not keen on having cutlery pre-laid out on the table where any number of people could have handled them before me. I would prefer the staff to bring the cutlery to me with the meals. Also, if you use cutlery for your starter I have yet had a waiter/waitress bring me extra cutlery for the main course. I have always had to ask for more cutlery or use some from another table. Finally Pizza hut closes at 9pm in the evenings, except Fri & Sat which is 10pm!
