I took my wife to Antibos for what I thought would be a romantic meal out. On walking in to the premises we immediately realised that the layout of the resturant didnt allow for any privacy, infact it felt as though we were sat in the middle of a school dinning hall. we ordered the scottish mussels and calamari piri piri as starters but sadly both of these were very dissapointing and lacked any real flavour. We both went for a pasta option as the main ordering tagliatelle capricciossa which is served with chicken breast with pancetta , onions, peppers and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. This was much better than the starter and stopped the everning from being a disaster.

This restuarant has to be one of the best pasta houses in Leicester. I usually go for the canalloni and it is fabolous. They cater for larege parties, couples, family and friends so you have great entertainment. Ive been when it was my birthday and the best thing is that the waiters come out and sing to you. They also give you a free drink and if your nice, they give you the opportunity to go into the kitchen and cook something. Its just a whole new eating experience which i have loved. Delicious wine is served too and the starters are just delightful. They serve a whole host of food including the famous chocolate fudget cake which i cant seem to get enough of when i go!

I would say this is more of a group booking sort of place. Better italian food can be found elsewhere in the city, but for speedy service and ability to cater for large numbers, they are a regular haunt for group bookings
