Crane and Walton error has cost me thousands

I instructed John Crane to create a auction pack so I could sell my tenanted shop in North Street Ashby at a local property auction in Derby. After my property was sold I was contacted by the new purchaser who found a problem with the lease that was supplied in the auction pack. My solicitor "Crane and Walton" had somehow ? enclosed a full repairing lease in the auction pack but my property had a sitting tenant with an internal repairing lease as did I. Because of Crane and Walton's error I was then sued for misrepresentation by the new owner (He had bought the property under impression that it had a full repairing lease) Shortly afterwards - John Crane sat opposite me in his office and told me and my wife that "This would not bounce back on me" what a lie this was to be ! I have laid out almost £70,000 due to this error and four years of stress later I still find myself struggling to get my money back. When Crane and Walton make a mistake they tell you not to contact them and give the problem to there insurers solicitor who happen to be Beachcroft's (a hard to deal with solicitor at the best of times) - a absolute nightmare. So John - If you are reading this, shame on you and your establishment - you have put our family through HELL with your mistakes and you even lost my mother's will - (remember you paid for the probate as a goodwill gesture) do not deny any of this I have many bills and files of paperwork to back all of this up as you are aware. You deserve to be on here more than once after talking to other Crane and Walton customers - You know what I mean too!
