Our pug had a successful operation but sadly died as a result of negligence from the night staff who never checked on her from 8.30 pm until they found her dead at 7 am the following morning. They have hospital status but don't check on the animals overnight as explained to us by the practice owner even though they assured us in the consultation she would be cared for. This is misleading as we're being charged £250 for OVERNIGHT CARE but NO CARE was given. Please be mindful of this FACT if you use their services because unfortunately, THIS WILL NO DOUBT HAPPEN AGAIN.
