Faulty Griddle less than 6 months old
Bought a griddle from this company in October 2014. The griddle has broken 3 times. Each time it costs £40 to return for repair. We have been without the griddle more time than we have actually had it. Is this acceptable for a brand new piece of equipment. But only has it cost us to return it, but we have lost business because we have been without the griddle. Not impressed with the customer service at all. Will not be buying anything else from this company or recommending them.
