Shocked by attitude
I visited this local business earlier this year asking for a special dress to be cleaned. I was stunned by the attitude of the manager, he was downright rude, even sneering at the price of the dress (over £100 but he obviously thought that was cheap!) and finished by saying 'Well I could clean it or not but I'm not bothered either way, you know what I mean'. He also said that he's the only place to go to which seems to makes him think that he can treat his customers any way he pleases - I drove across town to get the dress cleaned rather than leave it with him. I love to support local businesses but not this one!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Been sending my clothes here a few times only because it is convenient - only ONCE had I been served in a polite and pleasant manner. The other times I was met by this grumpy, rude and arrogant guy. Recently sent some clothes here and he was extremely rude again. That was the last straw - I will never be going back again and I don't recommend that others do. He will just spoil your day especially when you are paying so much for their service (you can get the same service for much cheaper elsewhere!). I'd rather drive a bit further down the road! Also a friend lost an item the last time and they refused to compensate!
