ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
If I have one piece of advice for anyone thinking of booking Lee's limo it would be DONT! Pay the extra for a better service - we thought we'd got an amazing last minute deal for my sister's hen party. We paid Lee as agreed. Then as he dropped us off he began to demand a further £100 - seeing a group of women who had been drinking he thought he'd cash in. Little did he realise not everyone was drunk! He refused to leave, got very aggressive and threatening. Our bride was in tears - we had to call the police to get Lee to leave! Totally ruined the day due to poor customer service. He sounds rough on the phone and he truly was a scumbag!
