Not sure if pet shop or day care centre
Utterly useless the owners haven’t a clue about animal care as owners of a pet shop you'd think they'd have some knowledge other than ‘I have a dog at home’ SO DO I doesn’t make me an expert. Not to mention the awful experience of their offspring screaming their heads off I dread to think how much that scares the animals. Maybe they should learn the difference from a pet shop and a day care centre.
